Mark&Draw는 캠핑용 랜턴과 선풍기로 유명한 한국의 캠핑 브랜드 “CLAYMORE”를 위한 캠핑용 화로대 제품을 제안했습니다. 캠핑을 하는 동안 불이 적은 장작으로도 안정적이면서도 높은 화력을 낼 수 있도록 이중연소 구조를 적용해 디자인 했습니다. 상단에는 그래픽 패턴을 적용하여, 불을 아릅답게 즐길 수 있도록 했습니다. 화로대와 함께 사용할 수 있는 전용 스탠드와 조리용 삼발이를 디자인하여, 높은 성능과 함께 캠핑 경험을 제공해 온 CLALYMORE의 브랜드 가치를 고객들에게 전달할 수 있도록 했습니다. 저희 Mark&Draw는 화로대를 단순히 디자인하는 것을 넘어 협력 공장과 협력하여 높은 완성도를 가진 제품으로 개발을 완료하였고, 개발 후 대량 생산을 진행하여 CLAYMORE에 제공함으로서 이 프로젝트를 성공적으로 마무리지었습니다.
Mark&Draw proposed a camping fire pit product for CLAYMORE, a well-known Korean camping brand recognized for its lanterns and fans. The fire pit was designed with a double-combustion structure to ensure stable and high heat output, even with a small amount of firewood—ideal for camping environments. A graphic pattern was applied to the top, allowing users to enjoy the beauty of the flames in a more aesthetic way. In addition, we designed a dedicated stand and cooking tripod to be used with the fire pit, helping to convey CLAYMORE’s brand value—known for delivering high performance and elevated camping experiences—to its customers.
At Mark&Draw, we went beyond simply designing the fire pit. By closely collaborating with partner factories, we developed a high-quality, well-finished product, completed the development process, and successfully moved into mass production, supplying it to CLAYMORE and bringing the project to a successful close.
이중연소 구조로 되어 있어 적은 장작으로도 강력하고 안정적인 화력을 낼 수 있습니다. 화로대 하단에서 유입된 공기는 장작통 하단의 구멍과 장작통과 스토브 탑 사이의 틈으로 유입되어 화로대 내부에서 두번의 연소를 발생 시킵니다. 화로대 상단부분에서 이루어지는 이중연소는 장작이 타는 연기를 연소시켜, 불을 피우는 동안 불쾌한 연기로 겪는 안좋은 경험들을 줄여줍니다.
Thanks to its double-combustion structure, the stove delivers powerful and stable heat even with a small amount of firewood. Air enters from the bottom and flows through the holes at the base of the fire pit, as well as the gap between the fire pit and the stove top, creating two stages of combustion inside the stove. The secondary combustion occurring at the top burns off smoke generated during burning, reducing unpleasant smoke and improving the overall fire experience.
아르더 33 화로대는 나사나 볼트 등을 사용하지 않고 쉽게 조립할 수 있습니다. 스토브 바디 내부에 장작통과 스토브 탑을 끼워 넣는 방식으로 조립 및 보관을 할 수 있어 휴대에 용이합니다.
The Arder 33 stove can be assembled easily without the need for any screws or bolts. It is designed so that the fire pit and stove top can be inserted into the stove body for both assembly and storage, making it highly convenient for transport.
아르더 33 화로대전용 삼발이는 claymore의 아웃도어적인 감성을 담아 디자인 되었습니다. 판넬에 뚫려진 그래픽 패턴을 통해 냄비나 프라이팬으로 화로대의 열을 전달해줍니다. 또한 화로대의 판넬은 안과 밖으로 펼치고 접을 수 있어, 커다란 조리도구 외에도 캠핑에서 자주 사용하는 작은 크기의 조리도구도 사용할 수 있습니다.
The dedicated tripod for the Arder 33 stove was designed to reflect Claymore’s signature outdoor aesthetic. The graphic pattern perforated into the panel allows heat from the stove to be efficiently transferred to pots and pans. Additionally, the panels of the stove can be folded inward or outward, providing flexibility to accommodate not only large cookware but also smaller cooking tools commonly used during camping.
아르더 33 의 전용 스탠드는 화로대를 지면으로 부터 떨어뜨려주는 역할을 합니다. 화로대가 지면으로부터 떨어져 있어, 열로 인해 생길 수 있는 지면의 손상을 막을 수 있습니다. 또한 스탠드는 화로대 하단의 공기 유입구를 지면으로 부터 떨어뜨려줘, 공기가 내부로 잘 유입될 수 있도록 만들어줍니다.
The dedicated stand for the Arder 33 is designed to elevate the stove off the ground. By lifting the stove, it helps prevent heat damage to the surface beneath it. Additionally, the stand ensures that the air inlets at the bottom of the stove are kept off the ground, allowing for better airflow into the stove and improving combustion efficiency.
